About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Client Engagement:
- Handle inbound inquiries and emails from potential clients promptly and professionally.
- Engage with leads to understand their business needs and position Alpha Discovering’s services as tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., HighLevel, ClickUp).
Sales Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Partnership Building:
- Identify and establish partnerships to expand Alpha Discovering’s market reach.
- Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial relationships.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure long-term success.
Performance Optimization:
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Review sales call recordings and provide constructive feedback to enhance techniques.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Strategic Contributions:
- Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and align them with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from lead generation to service delivery.
Requirements
